Terms & Conditions of Contract
Deemed to be accepted on placement of an order
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
All prices are quoted on the basis of pitches being installed to the existing levels and shape of the ground. Additional works required in order to carry out a client’s instruction to install a flat pitch in uneven ground are charged as extra.
All prices are quoted on the basis of spoil from the excavation being deposited on site at the direction of the client and assumed to be within 100m of the installation.
All prices are quoted for fully-installed pitches by our own permanent staff.
Our Terms are receipt of payment in full within 30 days of invoice date.
In the event of any problems with the facility a snagging list detailing these problems must be sent in writing by email, fax or post within the 30 day period. Retention for these works will be agreed in writing.
The balance of the account is still due within the 30 day period. The remainder of the account is payable upon completion of all snagging works.
The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in default.
Pending discharge of the Company's invoice, and interest if applicable, title to the surfacing materials shall remain with the Company but the risk shall be the purchaser's.
Save as covered by the Company's insurance, the Company accepts no liability for any damage caused to the playing surface other than arising out of the recommended use of the surface during the first 12 months, fair wear and tear excepted.
Any damage to a netcage caused by a failure to remove netting over the winter period will be the client’s responsibility.
